The Cleaver-Brooks line of electric boilers are available in steam and hot water designs.
The Model CR is designed for the heavy-duty, continuous demand of commercial and industrial applications. Available in vessel sizes ranging from 12" to 24" diameter with an output spanning 12 kW to 563 kW. A typical Model CR boiler system includes operating controls, instrumentation, condensate-return tank, and feedwater pump.
The Model HSB is an immersion-element steam boiler with a horizontal, insulated vessel. Designed for the heavy-duty, continuous demand of commercial and industrial applications, it typically includes operating controls, elements, fuses, contactors, safety valve, and instrumentation. Available in a vessel size of 42" diameter with an output spanning 1,560 kW to 3,375 kW.


The Model IWH instantaneous water heater electric boiler is designed to operate in hot water heating systems with a minimum footprint. It delivers maximum kilowatts and provides instantaneous water heating without a storage tank. A typical Cleaver-Brooks Model IWH hot water boiler system includes operating controls, elements, fuses, contactors, relief valve, drain valve, etc. Vessel sizes range from 6" to 10" diameter with an output spanning 15 kW to 360 kW.
The Cleaver-Brooks Model S is an immersion-element steam boiler with a vertical, insulated vessel designed for the heavy-duty, continuous demand of commercial and industrial applications. A typical Model S boiler system includes operating controls, elements, fuses, contactors, safety valve, and instrumentation. Available in vessel sizes ranging from 12" to 48" diameter with an output spanning 12 kW to 2,250 kW.
The Cleaver-Brooks Model WB hot water electric boiler operates in hot water heating systems with minimum space requirements. This unit includes operating controls, elements, fuses, contactors, relief valve, drain valve, etc. Vessel sizes range from 12" to 42" diameter with an output spanning 12 kW to 3,360 kW.

The Model CEJS is a high-voltage, jet-type electrode steam boiler that utilizes properties of water to conduct electrical current and generate steam.
Product Overview:
The CEJS electrode boiler design includes a fully automated PLC that provides modulation and control to produce high volumes of steam.


Simple to operate and maintain, all electrical energy is converted to heat.  Automatic controls reduce the operating personnel requirements. 
No stack is required, with no emission of greenhouse gases.
Available in sizes ranging from 2 MW to 65 MW, with operating pressures from 100 psig to 500 psig.
