The Cleaver-Brooks Open Bottom waste heat boilers are offered in A- and O-frame designs.


Product Overview:
With our many years of custom energy recovery from solid combustors and gasification process, we have integrated the natural circulation design waterwall gas seals from our Max-Fire® Series of boilers and added ash cleanouts and hoppers.

The A-frame has two water drums typically 24” in diameter, while the O-frame has a single water drum 24” – 42” in diameter. This series of boilers is suited for 10,000 – 150,000 of steam flow pressures between 15 – 1,200 psig and 50,000 – 450,000 lb/hr of gas flow at near-atmospheric pressure.
