The Cleaver-Brooks Nebraska A-style industrial watertube boiler provides up to 1,050°F superheated steam in the reliable A configuration.

The A-style design features a large, water-cooled furnace and an evaporator section with a low gas-side pressure drop that reduces fan power consumption.

The vertical gas outlet minimizes the width of the overall package and allows for large steam capacities in restrictive footprints.

The Cleaver-Brooks Nebraska CBND steam-ready series is a completely integrated boiler system including the watertube boiler, state-of-the-art burner, heat recovery economizer, and advanced controls.

The CBND is designed and engineered into a single boiler package, from the air inlet to the stack outlet and the feedwater inlet to the steam nozzle outlet, along with everything you need to operate the boiler.

The Cleaver-Brooks Nebraska D-style industrial watertube boiler provides up to 1,050°F superheated steam in the lower-maintenance D configuration.
The D-style is a 100% membrane water-cooled furnace, reducing costly, time-consuming, annual maintenance.

The front and rear walls are welded and refractory-free, as well as the burner throat, when integrated with our NATCOM burner.

D-style boilers can be customized to provide superheated steam. We offer both single- and dual-stage integral superheater systems with optional temperature control over turndown.

The Cleaver-Brooks Forced-Circulation Oil Sands Steam Generator (FC-OSSG) combines the benefits of a traditional D-style watertube boiler, with high steam purity and very low blowdown, and the ease of cleaning of once-through steam generators (OTSG).
This large-capacity steam generator is uniquely suited for the needs of the oil sands market and is ideal for use in SAGD applications utilizing produced water.

The Linear boiler design can be configured as a super-efficient, low-NOx gas-fired boiler, the world’s most efficient heat recovery steam generator (HRSG), achieving NOx levels less than 9 ppm or less than 2 ppm with integral SCR option. At up to 90% efficiency, this is the most powerful, lowest emissions, integrated watertube boiler/burner system available.
